Karla channels her passion for life by helping others reach their full potential. After several years experience in the fitness lifestyle, eager to help and inspire others, Karla received her training certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA.), TRX and Titleist Performance Institute (Certified Golf Fitness Instructor). While clients’ specific goals range from weight loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular strength, athletic ability, etc. – we all share a common objective: to improve our overall quality of life. Individuals have unique yet specific needs when it comes to training/nutrition; Karla focuses on these points to maximize results and drive clients to their full potential.

The first step to leading a new and improved healthy lifestyle is making the commitment to do so. After the commitment is made, Karla ensures goals are met through individualized training, proper nutrition, and motivation. If you’re serious about your goal, Karla will help you reach it.
