Our Classes

Elite Junior Athletic Performance

A monthly program, which takes High School Athletes and turns them into well rounded (Elite) athletes. Focusing on mobility, flexibility,agility, speed and explosive strength. All attendees will be given a full physical evaluation upon entry into the program and then reassessed every 2 months for progress.

Weight Training & Cardio

Participants Will perform circuit training in the weight room and cardio in the cardio area. Personal Training at a lower cost!!

Body Crafting

Body Sculpting at its best! Participants endure many aspects of fitness, using free weights, their own body weight, steppers, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Trainers; anything that has to do with fitness. This is a great way to have personal training while saving your wallet!

Golf & Flexibilty Workout

Concentrates on Golf specific movements. Participants work on flexibility and strength through the shoulders, chest, back, hips, torso, and legs. Training includes TRX suspension training and exercises developed by the Titliest Performance Institute.

TRX Suspension Training

Born in the U.S. Navy SEALs, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

Kickboxing Conditioning

Training includes many staples of combat sport conditioning such as running, shadowboxing, rope jumping, bodyweight resistance exercises, medicine ball exercises, and abdominal exercises. Classes also consist of the use of Thai pads, focus mitts, double-ended bags, TRX suspension trainers, and heavy bags.

Yoga Fitness

Whether you’re a regular yoga guru or are just starting out with the basics, Fitness First yoga classes are a great way to unwind and develop your mind and body.
